Guidelines

The goal of the PhD programme is to train researchers and professionals with high technical-scientific profiles, characterized by the technical knowledge, independence and skills that are needed to assume leadership roles in the industrial sectors in research, innovation, development, design, production, and logistics.

The period of the study for PhD programme at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent is three years. The Science council assigns each PhD student to a Thesis Advisor. Thesis Advisor must have DSc degree and be a supervisor of three PhD students only


Regulations for the preparation of dissertations and autoreferats


The dissertation should consist of the following components:

  • table of contents;

  • introduction (dissertation annotation);

  • main part;

  • conclusion;

  • list of used literature;

  • a list of symbols and terms (if any);

  • applications (if any).

Volume of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertation must contains 60 pages, the size Doctor of Science (DSc) dissertation should not exceed 100 pages (the text is written on the front and back of the page)
